Contrasts
I awoke this morning, getting ready to play Good Friday services. The solemnity of Good Friday is so striking--darkness, candles, Tenebrae, stark music.Walking into the bathroom, I looked into the mirror, which is framed by two decorative frosted light bulbs. Both lights were completely smeared with toothpaste.
