Blessed Good Friday

This morning at 5;45, while driving Sarah to her new job, I recounted the day's schedule to her.

Mom: "Peter is attending the Good Friday worship service at Grace, so that he can eat brunch afterward with the youth group there.  Then he acolytes at Trinity for the 12 noon service.  Later at 7 pm, he'll be at Trinity again for their evening service, since the entire family will worship then.  He's going to get a lot of church today."

Sarah: "Well, he certainly needs it!"

I managed a quick response:
"Yes, we all do."
